Laila Sands was the 14’th development project undertaken by MG Construction (Developers & Builders) and Dalena Properties (Marketing Agents). It comprised of a 23 unit, separate title development consisting of 16 x two bedroom and 7 x three bedroom semi-detached units.
Some of the features included: prepaid meters, solar power lights and geysers, covered braai area and aluminum windows. The kitchens featured melamine cupboards with granite tops, undercover counter stove, gas hob, extractor, double bowl sink, ISCA sink mixer and washing machine points came standard with all units.
The Laila Sands complex was pre-approved by all major banks and included security features such as remote control gate access and electric fencing. The price for the two bedroom units started at R698 000, while the three bedroom units started at R845 000.
